A Man Named Rio An Original Country Gospel Story-Song
Saddle up for a Texas-sized tale filled with cowboy humor, family feuds, and an unexpected encounter with Jesus!
When a quiet, half-Mexican, half-Comanche drifter named Rio takes a job on a troubled Texas ranch, nobody can understand his remarkable patience and peace. While the family fights like “cats in a sack in a Texas rain,” Rio carries a secret that money, land, and cattle could never buy.
With classic outlaw-country storytelling, a deep cowboy baritone, acoustic guitar, fiddle, and harmonica, this unforgettable story takes a surprising turn when Rio reveals the Man who changed his life forever—Jesus Christ, the Man from Galilee.
Inspired by Jesus' teaching about building upon the Rock (Matthew 7:24–27), A Man Named Rio reminds us that storms may come to every home, but a life built upon Christ has a foundation that will stand.
